Join us for a fun, upbeat, hands-on cookie decorating class led by Shannon Lescarini, owner and designer of Whisk Confections. Whether you’re brand new to decorating or looking to sharpen your skills, this class is designed to leave you feeling confident, inspired, and proud of your finished cookies.
Shannon is an award-winning cookie artist with over 13 years of experience in the baking and cookie-decorating industry. She has served as a four-time instructor for Cookie-a-Thon, a four-time elective instructor at CookieCon, is a Best of Business 2025 recipient, and is frequently featured on ABC 33/40’s Talk of Alabama, sharing her decorating expertise on air.

No experience is needed—this class is beginner-friendly and encouraging, with step-by-step instruction throughout. You’ll leave with cookies to be proud of and the confidence to keep decorating on your own.
