Gather your friends for a cozy evening of Thanksgiving cookie decorating! We’ll decorate a charming fall set featuring a pumpkin, pumpkin-topped latte, leafy sprig, pumpkin pie, and an adorable turkey—all in a soft autumn color palette.
 
Join us for a fun, upbeat, hands-on class led by Shannon Lescarini, owner and designer of Whisk Confections. Whether you’re brand new to decorating or looking to sharpen your skills, you’ll enjoy step-by-step instruction that leaves you feeling confident, inspired, and proud of your finished cookies.
 
What You’ll Learn:
Royal icing basics
Proper icing consistency
Layering techniques
Adding texture, dimension, and detail
Tips and tricks you can use again at home
 
No experience is needed! This class is beginner-friendly and encouraging, with guidance throughout. You’ll leave with five beautifully decorated cookies to share at your Thanksgiving gathering—or enjoy yourself!

Ticket & Seating Details:
Ages 10 and up are welcome. Each ticket reserves one physical seat and one complete cookie-decorating set. Please include the names of everyone in your group when booking so I can seat you together.

Shannon Lescarini is an award-winning cookie artist and the owner and designer of Whisk Confections, with over 13 years of experience in the baking and cookie-decorating industry. She has served as a four-time instructor for Cookie-a-Thon, a four-time elective instructor at CookieCon, is a Best of Business 2026 recipient, and is frequently featured on ABC 33/40’s Talk of Alabama, sharing her decorating expertise on air.
